    New Privacy-Focused Browsing in Firefox

The new release of Mozilla Firefox shows that Mozilla is starting to diversify further from the other browsers out there.  I expect there’ll be an increasing focus on strengthening the browser in the user’s interest, in time to come. 

And we may see an interesting divergence between browsers made by bigger players, pushing new “standards” and experiences which may wow people initially, versus a browser that better protects its user from the multitude of online threats.

Firefox Now Offers a More Private Browsing Experience

I recently kept getting this problem in Firefox:

If you use Firefox and have recently come across this error, fear not.  This intention of this page is to resolve these errors once and for all!

There are a few key steps to resolving it:

  1. Clear Cookies & Cache
  2. Use System Proxy
  3. Disable all Add-ons
  4. Close and restart browser
  5. Try again
