Shortlink Base (URL) setting
I have two WP installs, both v4.3.1. Can anyone tell me why in one I have this Shortlink Base (URL) setting, when clicking on Settings, but this doesn’t appear in the other?

New Privacy-Focused Browsing in Firefox
The new release of Mozilla Firefox shows that Mozilla is starting to diversify further from the other browsers out there. I expect there’ll be an increasing focus on strengthening the browser in the user’s interest, in time to come.
And we may see an interesting divergence between browsers made by bigger players, pushing new “standards” and experiences which may wow people initially, versus a browser that better protects its user from the multitude of online threats.
